This workshop and farm tour for producers and landowners looking to learn more about silvopasture, which is the intentional integration of trees, forage, and livestock on the same land to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. Participants will learn how adding trees can improve animal health, provide shade and windbreaks, and enhance forage productivity. The program includes expert-led sessions and hands-on demonstrations covering site assessment, forage establishment, and integrating trees with livestock. Registration is free, and breakfast and lunch will be provided.
